Prior to the lecture, Counselor Shlein-Michael had a private dinner briefing with Harvard's student political leaders. Read the Crimson's coverage.
October 23, 2006 We had Wexner fellow Lt. Col. Ziv Levy join us for our weekly meeting. Ziv gave a very informative multimedia presentation on Israel's military operations in Lebanon over the summer.
October 18, 2006 We had several hundred students come by our ISRAEL FEST in tent outside the Science Center to enjoy free falafel and Israeli music and learn about Israel. We had trivia games about Israel and Hebrew bead bracelet-making stations. And we collected over 100 signatures from Harvard undergrads for our petition!
October 12, 2006 Three young Israelis from the organization Israel at Heart spoke to HSI members at our meeting and then addressed the broader student community at a Pizza and Politics at the IOP. They talked about living in Israel, their feelings about the events of last summer, and their hopes for the future.
October 31, 2005 Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz gave a convincing talk today on how the peace process in the Middle East should unfold. Dershowitz discussed his new book, The Case for Peace, and took questions from the audience for over an hour afterwards. Congratulations to those of you that won free books by RSVP'ing early!

Moral of the story:sign up for the HSI mailing list and go to HSI events.

October 26, 2005 Our Shotei Hanevua (Fools of Prophecy) concert was a huge success!  We were entirely sold out except for just 7 tickets!  Over 425 people turned out for the event.  Thank you to everyone that came!  Check out related articles in the Boston Herald and the Harvard Crimson.
